Responsibilities:
Screen CVs to identify suitable candidates for electrical roles, ensuring a strong match between skills and job requirements.
Write and post engaging job adverts to attract high-quality talent across multiple platforms.
Communicate professionally with candidates to schedule interviews, provide updates, and deliver constructive feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including updating candidate records and tracking applications.
Assist in coordinating recruitment campaigns and events to promote the company’s opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to contribute to sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes.
