Brief Description

This is a great opportunity to join a fast expanding business based in the Tyseley area in Birmingham. This is a varied office based apprenticeship with a wide range of duties and responsibilities. Qualifications Required

Candidates will have achieved 5 GCSE's including maths and English (4 / C or above) or equivalent.

Must have a real willingness to learn within the apprenticeship / office environment,
Must be able to manage time effectively,
A team player,
Ability to build rapport with others easily.,

Skills Required

Strong communication skills,
Good organisation skills,
IT literate, (Word/Excel/Outlook),

Vacancy Detail

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Answering telephones and support customers with enquiries,
Making outbound calls to customers to organise visits / installations,
Liaising with subcontractors,
Updating internal database with orders,
Organising and maintaining filing systems,
Photocopying,
Scanning documents,
Sending emails,
Undertaking customer eligibility checks for energy efficiency grant applications,
Compiling and sending documentation to customer,
Responding professionally and promptly to customer feedback,
Providing general administration support to team members / management team.
