Brief Description

We are seeking a driven Recruitment Resourcing Apprentice to join their fast-growing team in Ealing, West London. Specialising in Education Recruitment, Ortus places top teachers and support staff in schools across London. This role offers hands-on experience with clients and candidates, along with exciting opportunities for rapid growth.

Qualifications Required

Must have English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) Grade A - C or 4 and above)

Future Prospects

Within the first 6 months of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, with a starting salary of £21,500. From there, you can progress to a full Consultant position and, with continued development and success, move up to a Senior Consultant role, offering clear and exciting career growth opportunities.

Tasks Include:
Source and screen candidates through CVs, job boards, and databases
Conduct interviews and vet candidates to assess their suitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions
Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, and offer negotiations
Maintain candidate and client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Participate in business development activities, such as client meetings and networking events
