Brief Description
Join Clover Talent as a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice and learn to develop new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and client relationship management. Develop valuable sales, negotiation and communication skills while gaining a recognised Level 3 qualification and hands-on experience to grow your long-term career.
Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
Research businesses and identify potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Make outbound calls, send LinkedIn messages and emails to engage prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Promote Clover Talent’s recruitment services and arrange meetings with potential clients.
Manage a sales pipeline and follow up on leads to develop new business.
Write and publish job adverts across relevant job boards and online platforms.
Search for suitable candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, CV Library and other sourcing methods.
Contact candidates by phone or Teams to discuss opportunities and assess their suitability.
Match candidates to client vacancies based on their skills, experience and career goals.
Maintain accurate client and candidate records on the recruitment system.
Support clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
Develop sales, communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills through practical experience and apprenticeship training.
Work towards business development, candidate placement and sales targets with support from the Managing Director.

Employment Benefits:
Commission opportunities available during the apprenticeship (up to 10% from your deals), on top of your basic salary.
22 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
An additional day of annual leave for each year of service.
