Brief Description

To provide administrative and operational support across all Bridgehead workstreams, including Proposals, Construction Services and SHEQ. The Operations Apprentice will work closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, providing support where required and developing an understanding of the different areas of the business.

Qualifications Required

* Ideally the candidate will have achieved 5 GCSE's or equivalent including maths and English (Grade 4) or above

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Proposals, Construction Services and SHEQ teams, as well as the wider business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal trackers, records and systems, including associate, client and testimonial trackers, SharePoint, Trello and other internal platforms.
Support the onboarding of new associates by coordinating required information, documentation, meetings and availability.
Coordinate meetings, diaries and schedules across the business, including 1:2:1s, SHEQ meetings, team meetings and other internal meetings.
Maintain meeting schedules, record action points and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are completed.
Provide general administrative support to the SHEQ, Proposals and Construction Services teams, including organising information and supporting proposal activity where required.
Assist with portals and accreditation administration, ensuring documentation is uploaded, records are maintained and information remains up to date for Bridgehead and the wider group.
Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports and other administrative information as required.
Organise and maintain company documents and information, ensuring effective filing and easy access to records.
Communicate professionally with associates, colleagues and external contacts to support the smooth running of the business.
Provide proactive administrative support to the Operations Manager and wider team, including ad-hoc tasks and additional duties as required.
Maintain a high standard of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working, taking a proactive approach to supporting the wider team.
Develop a strong understanding of Bridgehead’s different workstreams, operational processes and business requirements.
Represent the company and the team professionally at all times, maintaining high standards of conduct and service.
