Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English 4/C or above

Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
Processing invoices, timesheets, and payments accurately and in line with company procedures
Supporting compliance checks for successful candidates, including right-to-work checks, reference checks, and verifying employment history
Managing incoming emails and responding appropriately or directing queries to the relevant team members
Handling portal bookings, updating records, and maintaining accurate candidate and client information
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
Assisting with general administrative tasks to support daily office operations
Maintaining accurate data, filing systems, and documentation to ensure records are up to date
Supporting colleagues with day-to-day office activities and operational requirements
Liaising professionally with clients, candidates, and linguists to ensure effective communication
Monitoring workloads and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed deadlines
Providing administrative support across multiple processes while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
