Exciting Recruiter Apprenticeship with CPR Recruitment, a fast-paced construction specialist where you’ll kickstart your career in sales and recruitment. You’ll begin in an 180 role, learning how to source top talent and support clients, with clear progression into a 360 consultant position. This is an opportunity to earn, learn, and grow long-term

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
Speaking with clients to understand their hiring needs
Interviewing candidates and assessing their suitability for roles over the phone / Teams meetings
Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Advertising job vacancies and promoting opportunities
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Booking interviews and managing schedules
Updating candidate and client information on systems/CRM
Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment tasks
Following up with candidates and clients for feedback
Making regular phone calls to candidates and clients for quality feedback
