Brief Description
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will be the face and voice of our clinic. You will support our day-to-day operations by managing the front-of-house. You will work closely with our clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless experience for every client.
Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

A mature approach to work, understanding the importance of presentation, punctuality, and client confidentiality in a clinical wellness environment.

Calmer under pressure, able to switch easily between greeting a client, answering a ringing phone, and updating social media without losing focus.
Someone who takes pride in their work, possesses great attention to detail, and cares about maintaining high standards for the clinic's appearance and operations.
Skills Required
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and eager to learn clinic-specific booking software and social media tools (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, etc.).
A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
A mature approach with an understanding of client confidentiality and sensitivity.
Future Prospects
Permanent Full-Time Employment: Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, transition into a permanent, non-apprentice role within the clinic.
Clinic Coordinator / Front of House Manager: Stepping up to oversee the daily running of the reception desk, managing the booking systems, and training future apprentices or junior staff.
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator: Specialising further into the creative side by taking full ownership of the clinic's digital marketing, content creation, and social media growth campaigns.
Clinic Administrator or Practice Manager: Moving into a higher-level operational role, handling clinic compliance, ordering stock, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing business billing.
Aesthetics Industry Career Paths: Gaining deep industry knowledge that opens doors to specialised roles within the rapidly growing wellness and medical aesthetics sector.
