Brief Description
Join a busy insurance team as a Customer Service Apprentice. You’ll take calls and online chats, answer queries, support customers, pass information to consultants, and help upsell insurance. While working, you’ll complete in-house insurance training to gain a recognised qualification, building a strong foundation for a career in insurance.
Qualifications Required
5 GCSEs including Maths and English 4/C or above

Vacancy Detail
Responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound calls and online chats from customers
Providing excellent customer service and support
Passing accurate information to insurance consultants
Assisting with upselling insurance products where appropriate
Maintaining accurate records and data entry
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and general enquiries
Learning and applying in-house processes and systems
Other Information
You will be required to undertake a DBS check if offered the role. The role involves handling confidential information, so trustworthiness and professionalism are essential. You’ll need to be punctual, organised, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
