Brief Description

Join a lively team in central Coalville as a Business Administrator Apprentice. You will support payroll by collating timesheets and inputting hours, while assisting with administration, data entry, and social media updates. Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

Skills Required

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and ideally previous experience of using Canva.
Able to manage your time efficiently due to an ever changing workload
Confident communicator and happy to speak with customers on the phone to help with payroll queries
Excellent organisational skills
Happy to work as part of a team
An interest in marketing / social media would be advantageous in this role

Future Prospects

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress into a permanent Payroll or Administrative role within the business, with the potential to further develop skills in payroll, marketing, and office operations as the company continues to grow.
