Qualifications Required

6 GCSEs Maths and English (4 / C or above)

Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
Supporting the onboarding of new tenants, including checks and documentation
Handling tenant enquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintaining accurate tenant records and updating internal systems
Liaising with housing officers, contractors, and external partners
Assisting with tenancy agreements and general housing administration
Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Supporting compliance and data protection requirements
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders
Assisting with day-to-day office and administrative tasks
