Qualifications Required
5 GCSEs including Maths and English 4/C or above

Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
Provide excellent customer service to clients enquiring about travel insurance
Process and support the sale of travel insurance policies
Maintain and update customer records accurately in company systems
Assist with daily financial reconciliation and reporting
Opportunities to participate in management meetings, brainstorming sessions, relationship meetings with insurers
Prepare and manage client paperwork and documentation
Assist with data analysis to support reporting and decision-making
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and other channels
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
