Brief Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the art of auctioneering in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an apprentice, you will gain hands on experience in the auction process, developing customer service and administration skills. This position is ideal for those with a passion for customer interactions and adminsitration.

Qualifications Required

Previous work experience in sales or customer service would be advantageous but is not essential.

Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
Maintain accurate records of bids and sales during auctions.
Assist in the preparation and conducting of auctions, including cataloguing items and setting up the auction online.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after each auction event.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your auctioneering skills and knowledge of the industry.
Learn to conduct live auctions under the guidance of experienced auctioneers.
Engage with clerks during auctions, providing information about items and encouraging participation from customers.
