Brief Description

Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
Make phone calls to schools and candidates, building connections and identifying opportunities.
Interview candidates over Teams to assess their skills and suitability for school placements.
Advertise school vacancies on job boards and the company website to attract great candidates.
Proactively source candidates through online portals, referrals, and research.
Support candidates with interview preparation and creating professional CVs.
Write engaging job adverts for schools and post them online.
Ensure all candidate registrations follow legal and company standards.
Build strong relationships with schools to understand and meet their staffing needs.
Generate new business by contacting schools not currently using our services.
Provide ongoing support to candidates, especially those in long-term placements.
Keep accurate records in our CRM and follow systems for compliance and payroll.
Represent The Teach Team professionally, promoting our values and policies.
The apprentice recruitment consultant will build and maintain relationships with schools to gain new business and retain existing arrangements, recruit and retain candidates – teachers and teaching assistants – to be able to match candidates to suitable jobs. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required and the candidate must be self-motivated, ambitious and demonstrate confidence and tenacity.
