Brief Description

Join Ridgeway & Co as a Level 3 Recruiter Apprentice and gain hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, resourcing vacancies, managing CVs, and supporting consultants in a specialist construction recruitment agency. Develop key skills in communication, relationship building, organisation, and problem-solving.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

Write and post engaging job adverts
Review and manage CVs, matching candidates to suitable roles
Support consultants with arranging interviews and coordinating feedback
Maintain accurate candidate and client records on our CRM system
Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients
Assist with resourcing projects and administrative tasks
