Brief Description

The job will require the successful candidate to ensure the safety of our clients, to uphold and ensure good quality services are being offered, in line with government guidelines and to promote the company's brand name/image.

Qualifications Required

Minimum A-C GCSE English and Maths

Personal Qualities

Excellent time-keeping and attention to detail. Someone who is reliable and punctual and who can multi-task.

Skills Required

Previous experience within Estate Agency would be a huge advantage. Failing that, some degree of a sales or administrative environment. Good understanding and capability with IT systems and Microsoft Office Packages. In addition, excellent communication skills are an absolute must for a role of this nature along with a very good standard of English and Maths.

Future Prospects

Full-time permanent role with the company

Vacancy Detail

Conduct property inspections, move-ins and move-outs and report on findings accordingly to help keep the portfolio of managed properties in excellent condition and to identify areas of maintenance.
We require the candidate to be a full UK driving licence holder and must have their own car.
The candidate will need to report their findings to clients via reporting databases therefore the successful candidate have good knowledge of computers.
Must be confident in communicating with tenants as well as seasoned landlords in a professional manner at all times
