Brief Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career with a large retail business specialising in flooring. The company is keen to recruit a new apprentice to join their busy branch in B'ham. This is a varied role which will lead to a long term permanent position, with career development available too. You'll be undertaking work based learning.
Qualifications Required
Maths GCSE or equivalent - 4 / c or above

Vacancy Detail
Your Responsibilities:
Work together with your store team to impress customers at every turn.
Provide top notch customer service, helping customers with pre-sales queries and order completions, as well as post-sales questions and (very rarely!) escalating the odd complaint.
Support your team with promotional changes and store housekeeping, and report into one of our fab Store Managers (a master of all things flooring)!
Always be on the lookout for new ways to improve the store, service, and better serve the customers.
