Brief Description

Join our recruitment team and build valuable skills in administration, recruitment, interviewing, advertising, sales and business development. With full training and support, you’ll develop towards managing your own recruitment desk, building client and candidate relationships, and growing a successful recruitment business.

GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

Duties Include:

Complete administration and maintain accurate records.
Learn and use recruitment and payroll systems.
Create, place and monitor job advertisements.
Source, screen and vet candidates.
Assist with interviews and candidate management.
Develop and maintain candidate and client relationships.
Support sales, marketing and business development activities.
Identify new business opportunities and help grow the recruitment desk.
Follow relevant recruitment, employment and business legislation.
Work towards independently managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and experience develop.
