Qualifications Required

Vacancy Detail

Working alongside our experienced Sales Administration team, you will learn how to support the vehicle sales process, maintain accurate records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed efficiently and correctly.

Assist with processing vehicle sales documentation accurately and efficiently,
including vehicle invoices, vehicle taxation, manufacturer systems, warranty
registrations and delivery paperwork.
Support the Sales Administration team in tracking the progress of vehicle orders
and deliveries, keeping relevant team members updated.
Help maintain accurate customer information and ensure records are kept up to
date.
Assist with departmental housekeeping, compliance and audit processes.
Learn how to identify and report any administration or paperwork issues,
including those relating to FCA documentation, to the appropriate team member
before vehicle delivery.
Support the Accounts and management teams with the preparation of sales
reports.
Assist with managing the New Vehicle Order Portfolio and Stock Allocations,
working alongside the Sales Manager.
Provide support to the Sales Team during busy periods, including answering
inbound calls and assisting with customer follow-ups.
Develop an understanding of dealership administration systems, processes and
procedures.
Take part in training and development activities to build the skills and knowledge
required for the role.
