Brief Description

As a Front of House Apprentice at PRP Autos, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a friendly and professional experience. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a busy garage environment while developing valuable administration, customer service and marketing skills.

Qualifications Required

5 GCSEs including Maths and English 4/C or above

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to enquiries and take messages.
Book customer appointments and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and process invoices and assist with general administration.
Communicate with customers regarding bookings, services and collections.
Support the team with day-to-day office and front-of-house duties.
Create and update social media content to promote the garage and its services.
Assist with marketing activities, promotions and customer communications.
Take photos and videos of completed work and prepare content for social media.
Keep customer and business information confidential and up to date.
Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Support the wider team wherever required.
