Qualifications Required
5 GCSEs including 4/C or above for Maths and English

Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
Welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member.
Supporting day-to-day office administration and keeping the office organised.
Preparing, filing and maintaining client and company paperwork.
Updating records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Sending and responding to emails and general correspondence.
Assisting with printing, scanning, photocopying and document preparation.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks relating to pensions, investments, mortgages and insurance.
Helping to arrange appointments and maintain diaries.
Learning about financial services and developing strong business administration skills.
Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Supporting the smooth running of the office and providing excellent client service.
