Brief Description

Join Rudd Group, one of the UK’s leading independent suppliers of gaming and amusement machines, as a Customer Service Apprentice. You will support customers by installing machines, providing on-site support, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service. Qualifications Required

5 GCSEs including 4/C or above for Maths and English

Key Responsibilities:
Visiting customer sites to support the installation of gaming and amusement machines.
Setting up and testing machines to ensure they are working correctly.
Providing excellent customer service during site visits.
Speaking with customers and understanding their requirements.
Supporting customers with machine queries and basic troubleshooting.
Reporting any issues and working with the team to find solutions.
Completing service records and updating customer information.
Supporting stock checks and ensuring equipment is available.
