Qualifications Required

Vacancy Detail

Acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional and welcoming service.
Answering telephone calls, responding to enquiries, and directing clients to the appropriate team members.
Greeting visitors and supporting client meetings within the office.
Duties will include:
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and post.
Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
Processing and managing invoices, payments, and financial records.
Assisting with appointment scheduling and diary management.
Handling confidential client information in line with legal and company procedures.
Supporting solicitors and the wider team with day-to-day office operations.
Learning about legal processes and developing knowledge of the legal sector.
Building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.
Taking ownership of tasks and contributing to the smooth running of the office.
