Sales Executive Apprenticeship Level 4 (Business Development)

Brief Description

Pro1 Group is seeking a driven Level 4 Sales Apprentice to help fuel growth across recruitment and logistics. This is a hands-on role to learn professional sales skills alongside an experienced Sales Director. You’ll make outbound calls, manage social media, and build strong client relationships while developing professional sales skills.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Sell the company’s recruitment and logistics services
Attend client meetings (online and in person)
Send emails and follow up with leads
Manage social media, including LinkedIn
Support the Sales Director with growing the business
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Work towards KPIs and sales targets
Find new business opportunities and potential clients
Update CRM systems with client information and activity
Help prepare sales materials and presentations
Learn and develop strong sales and communication skills
Work towards a recognised Level 4 Sales qualification
