Future Prospects
This role offers the opportunity to grow within Belvoir! on a long-term basis. The apprentice can develop into a full-time position, gaining hands-on experience in lettings and sales, with the potential to progress towards becoming a fully qualified estate agent.
Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
Deal with tenant and landlord enquiries by phone, email, and in person
Arrange and carry out property viewings
Register applicants and match tenants to suitable rental properties
Book and manage lettings appointments, including valuations and viewings
Support the lettings team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Keep tenant, landlord, and property records accurate and up to date
Assist with preparing tenancy paperwork and referencing checks
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication
Help progress tenancies from enquiry through to move-in
Support general office duties within a busy lettings environment
***Full UK driving licence and access to a car required due to property visits and inspections***
