Searching for potential candidates using job boards, social media, and other online platforms
Making phone calls to potential candidates to discuss career opportunities and build relationships
Reviewing CVs and helping to match candidates with suitable education-based roles
Speaking with candidates to learn about their skills, experience, and career goals
Keeping candidate records up to date using the company database
Creating and posting exciting job adverts to attract new talent
Arranging interviews and keeping candidates updated throughout the recruitment process
Supporting the team with compliance checks, paperwork, and general administration
Building relationships with schools and clients through calls, emails, meetings, and marketing activities
Assisting with social media content and promotional campaigns
Learning how to place candidates into rewarding roles within primary schools and specialist education settings
Supporting the recruitment team with business development and helping to grow the company's client base

Other Information
