Brief Description
A well established busy recruitment company based in London is looking for a motivated Business Administrator Apprentice to join their well established and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification through The Apprenticeship Centre.
Qualifications Required
Minimum 5 GCSE's including Maths and English. GCSE or equivalent English Grade 4 or above
GCSE or equivalent Maths Grade 4 or above

Potential for a full-time permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, with opportunities to progress into a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Administrator role.
Vacancy Detail
No two days are the same — you’ll be right at the heart of the recruitment process, helping candidates find work and supporting businesses across London. As part of this friendly and fast-paced office, you’ll be supporting Recruitment Consultants and Management Teams with a variety of key administrative tasks, including:
Assisting consultants with day-to-day administration support
Conducting ID checks and Right to Work verification
Supporting candidate onboarding and compliance processes
Writing and formatting CVs for candidates
Updating and maintaining internal database
Answering calls and handling general enquiries
Managing emails and booking interviews

This is an office-based role in London. You will be required to travel to and from the workplace daily. Is the location suitable?
The role is fast-paced and can be busy at peak times, so you must be able to manage your workload and prioritise tasks.
Recruitment is target-driven, and you will be supporting consultants who work to deadlines.
A high level of attention to detail is essential, particularly when completing ID checks and Right to Work documentation.
You will be speaking to candidates and clients regularly, so confidence and professionalism are important.
You will need to be committed to completing off-the-job training and coursework as part of the apprenticeship programme.
