Recruitment Apprentice Level 3

Brief Description

Pro1 Recruitment is looking for a Level 3 Recruitment Apprentice to support our logistics recruitment team. You’ll engage with new, existing and lapsed candidates, support client accounts, and deliver excellent customer service while working towards a recognised recruitment qualification, gaining hands-on industry experience.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

Confident and professional communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and develop within recruitment
Reliable, proactive and able to work well as part of a team

Skills Required

Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Organised, reliable and eager to learn
Interest in recruitment and logistics
Driving licence preferred but not essential

Future Prospects

Completion of the Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship qualification, alongside structured on-the-job training and ongoing support, with clear opportunities for career progression into roles such as Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager.

Assist with candidate onboarding and compliance checks
Support account management and help fulfil client requirements
Maintain accurate CRM and recruitment records
