As a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice, you'll get full 360 training, work in a specialist niche, build client relationships, attract and interview top talent, guide candidates through interviews, and develop strong, exclusive client partnerships.

Vacancy Detail
Responsibilities:
Complete full 360 training and induction to learn all aspects of recruitment.
Work within a specialist niche (e.g., Renewable Energy, Engineering, Construction, Law).
Identify and target companies to build strong client relationships.
Source, attract, and interview the best talent to match client requirements.
Guide candidates through interviews and support them in making successful career moves.
Meet with clients to develop and strengthen exclusive, long-term relationships.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM system.
Contribute ideas to improve candidate attraction, client engagement, and overall team performance.
