Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

Future Prospects

Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
Learn the full 360 recruitment cycle with training and support
Assist in writing and posting job adverts across platforms
Search CV databases and job boards to identify potential candidates
Support with shortlisting candidates for interviews
Sit in on interviews and learn how to assess suitability for roles
Make candidate screening calls to confirm experience and interest
Support consultants with arranging interviews and sending confirmations
Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout their journey
Help build and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers
Learn to carry out business development activities such as lead generation and follow-up calls
Shadow client visits and eventually attend meetings alongside your manager
Ensure all candidate records are updated and compliant with recruitment policies
Learn how to use CRM systems and recruitment software effectively
Support social media and marketing activities to promote vacancies
Work towards achieving apprenticeship goals and personal development milestones
