Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
Answering calls, taking messages, and forwarding them as needed
Data entry (Excel, Prospect)
Sales order processing
Logging customer enquiries
Building customer contracts
Responding to emails, enquiries, and webchat (internal and external)
Managing diary invites
General office maintenance duties
Inbox management
Liaising between departments
Meeting and greeting visitors, organizing drinks and lunch
Attending college lectures and workshops
Completing assignments and coursework to a high standard
