Brief Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and fast growing recruitment business as an apprentice recruitment resourcer. You will work as part of a team screening candidates and supporting a team of consultants to achieve business goals / objectives.
Qualifications Required
· Strong academic record would be an advantage however candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, Ideally candidates must Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) or above.

· Mature and able to work independently
Skills Required
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
· Fantastic communication & interpersonal skills
· Organisation skills
· Previous Experience within the Engineering/Manufacturing, Transport, Supply Chain & Logistics or Sales, Retail & Marketing industries would be a distinct advantage

Vacancy Detail
You will take responsibility for:
· Assisting senior staff & management in recruiting for a wide range of vacancies / clients;
· Updating of records on our systems, whilst using industry leading technology to help resource/recruit staff into key positions for globally recognised brands
- Completing eligibility checks with candidates
- Undertaking pre-screening / interviewing candidates
· Assist in establishing the company brand through sales and business development
· Working autonomously and helping to create a fantastic working environment
· Creating an all-round positive experience for customers and candidates
- General administration duties including answering the telephone, data entry, filing and photocopying
