Brief Description

This is a great opportunity to start building up your future within the recruitment industry. Responsible for sourcing the best candidates across a varied client base, you will play a pivotal role supporting City Calling’s recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring successful placements and compliance.

Qualifications Required

Ideally you will have maths and English GCSE (4 / C or above)

Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
Sourcing candidates for temporary & permanent positions
Network and advertise to attract potential candidates
Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
Screening calls to assess candidates suitability
Discuss & negotiate pay rates for labour hire roles
Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
Adding shifts onto the ATS (Adapt)
Managing transfer forms of assigned sites
Sending new starter registration packs
Liaising with clients & site managers for temporary shifts
Internal office communications
Identify leads & new business opportunities
Compliance checks for temporary workers, including right to work documentation, Referencing & relevant certification/qualifications
Visiting job centres & attending careers events / Job Fairs
1st day check in calls to all temp starters
Site visits
