Okeva, a leading IT recruitment firm, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice. This role involves supporting consultants by sourcing candidates, managing databases, and handling daily administrative tasks to ensure office efficiency. Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English 4/C or above

Skills Required

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Secretary will be a plus.
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Vacancy Detail

This job role will include:
Use various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates for IT roles.
Update and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about job opportunities and the recruitment process.
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across relevant platforms.
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate documentation.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a strong understanding of the recruitment process, industry trends, and IT roles.
