Vacancy Detail

The role will include:
To answer incoming telephone calls within 3 rings and connect calls to the appropriate consultant or taking messages ensuring the detail is clear and concise.
Interviewing candidates via telephone / teams / face to face, sourcing and screening
Record information against client and candidate records in using different IT systems.
Carry out database searches, interviewing potential candidates.
Posting vacancies online on LinkedIn / Indeed / an other job searching websites
Referencing and ID checks on the successful candidates
Sending emails and marketing mailers
