Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English 4/C or above

Skills Required

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Secretary will be a plus.
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Vacancy Detail

This job role will include:
Provide general administrative support including, but not limited to, filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and operations.
Assist in organising company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
