Brief Description

As a Business Administration Apprentice at LaraSearch, you will support daily operations, manage databases, handle communications, schedule interviews, prepare documents, and provide excellent customer service. This role offers a great opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment environment.

Qualifications Required

Ideally the successful candidate will have already achieved GCSE's in Maths and English.

Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
ID / Right to work / DBS / References checks
Updating and maintaining the recruitment database with candidate and client information
Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Liaising with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up meetings
Resolve invoice-related queries with vendors and internal stakeholders
Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
Assisting in the creation of job descriptions and advertisements
Coordinating and scheduling interviews, meetings, and appointments for the recruitment team
Supporting the finance team with invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and documents
