This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Martial Arts Academy based in Kidderminster. As a Customer Service Receptionist Apprentice, your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting new and previous customers, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.

Qualifications Required

Ideally candidates will have achieved GCSE's or equivalents in Maths and English (Grade c / 4 or above)

Vacancy Detail

Providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing members in a customer-facing role.
Utilising administration and IT skills to handle various tasks, such as managing appointments and maintaining records.
Performing front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Conducting toilet checks and ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained.
Hoovering the reception area at the end of each operating day/evening to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
