Vacancy Detail

The day-to-day role involves:
Processing customer orders from multiple online platforms
Creating purchase orders with our suppliers
Learning about our retail products, which are in the home furnishings sector, predominantly bedroom furniture and living room furniture
Engaging with potential customers on live chat and offering support to help them make a purchase
Replying to emails from customers, suppliers, and logistics
Coordinating delivery dates and time slots
Dealing with and handling customer complaints and feedback reviews
Engaging on social media
Calling back customers on request to discuss their orders and requirements, forwarding them to the relevant department and suppliers
Answering incoming after-sales calls and helping customers resolve any queries
