Vacancy Detail

Your responsibilities will involve:
• Answer telephone calls, helping where possible and transfer calls internally
• Create and update records, keeping the digital filing in order and ensuring that compliance expectations are met on all documentation.
• Assist with customer enquiries
• To provide quotes for customers that meets their business needs
• To monitor, track and follow up any current account to ensure any renewals are processed accordingly
• Provide a front of house service for all company visitors
• Maintain the office set up and internal systems
• Provide administrative support for all staff
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the technological arena
• Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the external marketing team
• To use socials media platforms to raise the profile of the business to support with new business and a broader reach for the brand.
• Draw up client agreements for digital signature
