Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship

Brief Description

As a resourcer apprentice, it will be your job to support the principal recruitment consultants with certain tasks. This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, making selling phone calls, negotiate with businesses, use database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance. We are technical orientated.

Qualifications Required

Must have 5 x GCSE's including Maths and English (C Grade / 4 or above) or equivalent

This apprenticeship will lead to ongoing career progression and permanent job opportunity on successful completion. You will be promoted to senior role with an ability to continue building your way up.

Vacancy Detail

Typically, you'll be carrying out these types of duties every day:
Source and select candidates
Network and advertise to potential candidates
Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
Negotiate contractors rates
Making "selling phone calls" to potential clients
Be the first response in the office
Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
You'll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match
