Business Administration Apprenticeship

Brief Description

To work for a charity which delivers mental health and wellbeing services which offer support predominantly but not exclusively to Black African, Caribbean & Black dual heritage adults who are experiencing and/or recovering from mental health problems, their carers, family members and the wider community. This is a role to support the CEO.

Qualifications Required

GCSE's in Maths and English C Grade / 4 or above

Making travel and hotel arrangements, Planning conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events, Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes, and subsequently distributing to all participants, Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as primary and secondary stakeholders, Preparing expense reports, Preparing meeting rooms for board and other business meetings, Preparing refreshments for meetings, Booking venues for team training and planning events, Booking guests and other stakeholders for events, meetings e.g., Mayor, Council Leader, Setting up and maintaining a filing system, To take part in meetings, team & management reviews, strategic development days, internal and external quality audits and other meetings, To participate in training and career development opportunities relevant to the post to hone existing skills and broaden knowledge and awareness, To participate fully in regular supervision and support sessions and annual appraisal meetings.
