Brief Description
The successful candidate will assist on reception and provide an outstanding level of service and administrative support to clients and colleagues.

Minimum A-C GCSE Maths and English

Vacancy Detail
The effective processing of all incoming telephone calls including the logging of calls and the conveying of messages.
The provision of telephone support to partners and other staff members as required.
Dealing with all visitors to the reception area, especially new clients.
Administration of the printer / fax / scanner machine.
To ensure the tidiness of the reception area.
To undertake other clerical and administrative duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
To ensure the confidentiality and security of the firm?s and clients? documentation and information.
To prepare correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing.
To administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files in accordance with the detailed procedures contained in the Office Manual.
To prepare mail and enclosures for despatch.
To arrange for all copying to be done, in person if necessary.
To make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary for his/her principal.
To prepare the Conference Room for meetings as necessary and for the tidying and clearance of the room at the end of the meeting.
To provide refreshments when asked to do so.
To provide support to other administrators as required.
To attend clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm?s standards for client care.
To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development.
Prepare post for despatch.
Take special deliveries to the Post Office.
Act as relief administrator at any other offices.
