Checking emails and responding to customer requests
Sending email confirmations to customer for scheduled visits
Adding/updating customers details on to the Online ?Site and Order Manager? System
Emailing Engineer?s Completion dockets to customers
Raising/accepting new orders and adding them to the engineer schedule
Amending or raising new orders for Service/Install Managers
Answering calls from customers and raising Support Tickets for our Tech Team
Answering calls from Sales Team and raising tickets/dealing with requests
Updating Engineers timesheets
