Brief Description : We are looking for a new member of the Operations Admin Team to provide administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations..

 

Qualifications Required : Must have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths And English C Grade / Grade 4 or Above
Vacancy Detail : Checking emails and responding to customer requests
Sending email confirmations to customer for scheduled visits
Adding/updating customers details on to the Online ‘Site and Order Manager’ System
Emailing Engineer’s Completion dockets to customers
Raising/accepting new orders and adding them to the engineer schedule
Amending or raising new orders for Service/Install Managers
Answering calls from customers and raising Support Tickets for our Tech Team
Answering calls from Sales Team and raising tickets/dealing with requests
Updating Engineers timesheets
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 8am to 5pm
Salary : £166.00 Per Week
