Brief Description

Your role will involve supporting the recruitment team to generate new candidates for their vacancies.

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at grades A-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in English and maths, however all shortlisted applicants will be invited to the training centre to participate in a recruitment event where English and maths will be assessed

Vacancy Detail

You will be undertaking a wide range of duties from candidate pre-screening interviews over the telephone/face to face, cv sourcing, referencing and ID / compliance checks; job advert uploads plus much more.

This is a busy role assisting with the sourcing of new candidates, supporting the recruitment consultants to screen candidates, processing and formatting CV's, undertake referencing plus much, much more.
