Key responsibilities:
? To support the Project Coordination team as required

? To complete administration tasks, as below:

? Manage shared mailbox (s)? printing off documents, categorising emails for relevant project co-ordinator
? Responding to telephone calls/ emails
? Create new job files for quoting
? Manage re-quote requests, allocating relevant folder/paperwork
? Print off Fabric summary/ Hardware summary for Good In ? adding CM50 and install date
? Pricing up fabrics for quoting
? Updating client project trackers

? To be responsible for ordering specific goods as specified

? To support the purchasing process, as below:
? Process purchase orders?- updating internal databases (client activity/ CM50)
? Check order confirmations ? price / delivery date etc
? Final invoicing for project coordinator
? Invoice queries

? To support department invoicing, as below:
? Final invoicing for project coordinator
? Invoice queries

Although this role is Administration based, we see this role as a steppingstone to become a specialist Soft Furnishings Project Coordinator. We would hope that after being in post for 12 months, we would be able to train the employee in managing clients and their accounts, therefore, we will be looking for someone that has the right skills and mind set to grow and develop.
