Brief Description : Pipe Dream Fittings is a leading distributor of pipeline products. You will be working in a busy office processing orders received from online and updating social media platforms with latest products.

 

Qualifications Required : Ideally English and Mathematics GCSE at grade A-C or Level 2 equivalent however all shortlisted applicants will be invited to the training centre to participate in a recruitment event where Literacy and Numeracy will be assessed

At Pipe Dream Fittings, we specialise in low cost, high quality pipeline products including. You will updating all social media platforms and market place advertising including Facebook, Ebay, and Amazon.
You will be processing orders for the warehouse to pick and pack the order.
General Duties:
Administrator required to help assist the team complete administrative tasks such as:
• To answer the telephone within a timely manner
• Transfer calls to the appropriate person
• Take messages including callers name and telephone number
• Email details of the message to the appropriate person.
• Maintaining paper and electronic personnel files
• Sending and receiving e-mails
• General administration, such as filing
• Maintaining reports on excel
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
Salary : £156.00 Per Week

Training to be Provided : BTEC and NVQ in Business Admin including Functional Skills if required
Other Information : Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship there is an opportunity being employed full time.
Things to consider : From day one you will be assigned a tutor/assessor who will work closely with you, guiding and supporting you through you apprenticeship.

At the end of your training you will have completed a level 2 Apprenticeship in Business and Administration. You will achieve this by attending a combination of classroom taught modules and on the job training.
