Vacancy Detail
Year 1 – Recruitment & Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team.
Screen candidates by telephone and face-to-face.
Contact candidates and arrange interviews.
Collect, check, scan and upload right-to-work documentation.
Confirm and maintain accurate candidate and worker details.
Conduct basic candidate interviews.
Send emails, texts and other communications to candidates.
Write and post job adverts across social media, Indeed and CV-Library.
Source and place candidates into unskilled vacancies.
Support the team with general recruitment tasks and candidate management.
Year 2 – Recruitment & Business Development
Continue developing all Year 1 recruitment and administration responsibilities.
Manage and build relationships with client accounts.
Meet and greet clients and develop professional working relationships.
Make business development calls and send targeted mailshots.
Identify and source new temporary and permanent recruitment opportunities.
Source candidates and match them to suitable vacancies.
Manage candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Develop experience across the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to placement and ongoing account management.
