Brief Description
Join a friendly, family-run Wealth Management practice as a Practice Administrator. You’ll support clients, manage records and documents, assist with office administration and compliance, and help the team run smoothly. With training and experience, there are opportunities to progress into practice management, paraplanning or financial advice.
Qualifications Required
A Levels or equivalent, ideally with grades A*–C.
GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and make phone calls and respond to basic client enquiries.
Maintain and update client records accurately using financial software systems.
Prepare reports, valuations and paperwork for client meetings and reviews.
Manage incoming post, scanning, filing and distribution.
Order office supplies and maintain organised electronic filing systems.
Track and chase new business applications and follow up on missing information.
Complete annual internal training and compliance modules.
Provide general administrative and practical support to the wider team.
Work collaboratively within the small team and assist colleagues when required.
Identify ways to improve processes and add value to the business.
Use Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and learn new software systems.
Develop knowledge and skills through ongoing training, with opportunities for career progression.
