Brief Description
This exciting apprenticeship offers the opportunity to build a career in recruitment while gaining valuable business and administration skills. You'll play a key role in onboarding candidates, completing compliance checks, supporting payroll processes and assisting with the day-to-day running of a fast-paced office. Qualifications Required
5 GCSEs including Maths and English 4/C or above

Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
Supporting the onboarding of new candidates and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
Obtaining, checking, and processing candidate documentation accurately
Carrying out Right to Work, identity, qualification, and reference checks
Processing Enhanced DBS checks and overseas police checks where required
Reviewing employment history and ensuring training records remain up to date
Chasing candidates and consultants for outstanding documentation and compliance information
Maintaining accurate candidate records and entering data onto internal systems
Providing a professional and responsive service to candidates, clients, and colleagues
Assisting with weekly payroll administration and shift entry processes
Producing reports and supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks
Ensuring all records are maintained in line with company procedures, client requirements, and relevant legislation
Working closely with consultants to support the smooth day-to-day running of the recruitment process
